Need European (Netherlands) Internet Merchant Account and Gateway

We're looking for an Internet Merchant Account in the Netherlands and any Payment Gateway service that will integrate with that merchant account (perhaps both would be offered by the same company).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

It's turning out to be really tough to find options.
