I have a Premium PayPal account, which basically allows me to accept credit cards. I've tested it once. Successfully.
But I see more and more businesses offering PayPal as an additional method of payment. (Some use it as their sole method!).
If you are one of those businesses, could you share the experience of how comfortable or problematic it is to use PayPal for business? Were there any issues with using them?
Much appreciated.

I will be more than happy to assist you with this matter. My business uses paypal and credit card for sales. PayPal has its ups and downs. In the last 5 days I received about 15 reversals and when you are protected by thier seller policy and send them the proof the acount is working they do nothing to investigate. Otherwise PayPal is pretty good. They have some great stuff to offer, I am signed up for thier PayPal Debit card and have earn almost 2% monthly on my balance.
If you have some more paypal questions. I will be more than happy to answer them.

Thank you Kunta. But its not that I need assistance integrating PayPal on a web site - its quite easy to do (thanks for the offer though ;) ).
I was more interested in people's feedback from using it, which you told me. :)
I've also heard a few accidents when PayPal just closes the account you're using. They've done it with a couple of people I know. Moreover, they do not return or transfer you money on the account unless you send them more documents and prove the existence of your business. Any thoughts in this regard?
Their Terms of Service confirms that they have the right to terminate any account for any reason. And that scares me.

Yes. It happened to a friend I know as well. It's starting to get me worried with all the reversals i've been having lately. Luckily he had about 40 dollars in there. he transferred the money to his bank daily.
My suggestion would be to transfer your money to a bank whenever you can.

For a small business you shouldn't receive any trouble, however if you use PayPal alot then you will experience the could ole chargeback.

Paypal is nice for small person to person money transfers but if you plan to run a serious business, its prudent to use a real processor that will assist you when and if you have problems.
The worst thing that can happen to a business is having their accounts frozen with paypal (which is not that uncommon) and not be able to process any further transactions.
Professional business' need professional processing
