All PaySystems customers (such as myself, too) should be happy for a reason!
I have just received a letter from the CEO telling of what has been going on and what's coming up.
First of all, the good news for us: in 2002 alone, PaySystems saw a growth rate of 10,000% (sounds terrific!). They also hired over 100 new people, moved their headquarters to a beautiful city of Montreal, created 7 new management positions, etc.
Don't want it to sound like PR, but here is what they promise in the very near future (let's see if they can deliver): a new ACH/Cheque processing, longer support hours, faster payment verifications and processing, a system for OUR clients to log in and manage their transactions (!), knowledge base and a NEW MCC (as they say, based on user's feedback).
Well, we'll just wait and see if these things start coming to life next month...
In the meantime, I'm very happy that I made the choice towards them. Seems like they are doing a lot of work (and way better than 2CheckOut, which had an internal breakdown in the system in the last two days as a matter of fact).
UPDATE: I've just noticed they launched a new re-designed web site!
