The support hours are 3-5 Hours for 4 days a week.

What exactly is a support officer. I can fill in the position for free no problem.. I just want to know what needs to be done.

What needs mainly to be done is:

1. To be online on our Live Chat System
2. To be online on our IM's
3. To be nice to the RSM Noc & to the other supporters (LOL)
4. To serve client if needed.
