Yes, Isaac was just a little dissapointed because of the fact that he didn't become the Moderator. Although must I add that he was offered that opportunity by William who recommended him to continue posting. That was meant to serve something like a "job interview". William would have looked through his posts in order to make the decision.

Instead, he decided to say what he thinks about that in the Feedback forum. Too bad, because he seems to have good knowledge of the e-business, could be very helpful around the ECT.

Anyways, I think we will all be better off if we stop discussing him since basically what we do is adding more gas into the fire.

Though some of you may think I am "ranting and raving" I would say no. Because I sent Williams a PM saying I have ideas to make this Forum number one, so even before he turned me down I was trying to say to him that this Forum will need an edge, and I got some ideas on how to build that edge. So I guess I just shut down your guys theory.


Artashes... Thank you for saying that because that is the truth. I was offered to be a Mod as long as I would post, so William lied to me. Witch is not something I look up to in a person.

Also I do not plan on being as "childish" as some and trying to provoke a fight. I was jus stating my opinion and every business man would agree. To become something in this world you have to offer something no one else can, or offers a better product. I was just sharing my knowledge, sorry if you took it as a retaliation for not becoming a mod.

Thanks Artashes, that pretty much says exactly what I was doing a Job Interview. I am always watching and we do still need a few mods for once we get bigger but I like to see what people have to say first.

Isaac: I never said you couldn't be a mod I just said post so I can see. Also I haven't seen a pm with the idea you had I would have loved to have seen them. It just was hard for me to decide, since you had only a couple post at WHT, so its hard to see what type of post you make or anything.

The thread in Feedback & Suggestion was deleted and I support that decision. It was pointless - more harm than use.

I suggest that we just lock this thread. It has some good fair points as to what ECT look in a potential Moderator. As well as some general ideas of this forum.

As my previous post says, we have decided to lock this forum, and not delete it for a few reasons.

First of all, it is going nowhere really. The Administration of this forum sees no potential gain from this post as we do not see how it can benefit the community and be of use to this forum's general topic - eCommerce, and its valued members.

Second of all, this thread has some good fair points about what a potential Moderator is like. The owner of the board stated the process of selecting new Moderators - this is the only reason this thread stays as it clears out many questions in this regard.

We count on member's support in this decision.
