I'm not going to make a huge thread about RegisterFly.com, I will just give a basic outline of my experience with them.
I purchased a SSL Cert, there was a problem with their processor so although I had paid the Cert processor wouldn't accept my valid Cert.
I requested support in which I was told they couldn't help and that I should open a support ticket. I then opened a ticket detailing my problem, I was told that I would have to wait up to 24 hours for a reply.
24 hours later no reply, the ticket hasn't even been assigned. I request live support again about 20 minutes later I get through to a support guy he seemed pretty clueless and replied to all of my questions with open a ticket. I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was denied this request being told that I should wait another 24 hours for a reply although I was previously guaranteed a reply within 24 hours.
Another 24 hours later and I was finally put through to CERT4, he was extremely helpful and manually went through the SSL provider and did my Cert for me. Cert4 is really a credit to RegisterFly. I was now pretty happy, I had my cert working with no problems.
The next day I received a refund, I went onto live support and told them their error. They said they have referred my ticket to the billing department and I would get a reply within 24 hours. 48 hours later no reply. I'm not too upset considering that I got a free SSl Cert and a refund, I just hope they don't cancel my cert.
So RegisterFly, they may take their time but they came through in the end.
