Does anyone use any sort of a Customer Intranet system? Customer Relationship Management software to keep them updated and close?

I've recently had an experience with a groupware (free script). A very powerful script, I totally loved it, but it eventually broke down on me pretty bad, so I'm not even mentioning it. Good it was during a testing period.

But I did find it was going to improve efficiency and communications with both employees and clients.

I personally havn't, although my company used to, I wouldn't suggest unless you have a big company (lots of employee's).

I've developed things like that in the past, but only on a very small scale. What were you using Artashes?
